“Triple Chocolate Her Whey Protein Muffins” that will satisfy the strongest of sweet tooths! These were delicious and it is always nice to have tasty treats during the off season and on cheat days!
Triple Chocolate Protein Muffins
-1/2 cup quinoa flour
-1 tbs coconut flour
-1 tsp baking powder
-pinch of salt
-1/4 cup coconut sugar
-1 tbs melted coconut oil
-1/2 cup almond milk
-1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
1. Combine all ingredients (excluding chocolate chips).
2. Stir in chocolate chips (researching some for topping).
3. Pour into muffin cups. Top with additional chocolate chips.
4. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes.
